The hotel was lovely - close the the airport as we were flying the next day. The lobby was spacious and had lots of space to visit. Computers were available for use in the lobby. There was a lovely outside pool with temperature set to 80' and also a hot tub. The breakfast dining experience was wonderful and the servers were super. We had the buffet and it was fresh and delicious. We also when to the pub the evening we got to the hotel. Service was good and a range of food available. We didn't have a look around but in general it looked like many other hotels options near by. There was a free shuttle to the hotel. We took a c ab as I wasn't sure how the access it. We did use it to return to the airport. Breakfast for buffet was 22$

Camron at the front desk was amazing. My flight to phoenix got in early at 9am. By the time I got to the hotel via shuttle it was 9:30am. I was staying the night because I was so exhausted after traveling back from Nashville. I asked him if there was any rooms available before the 4pm check in and he happily replied that there was a room ready. My experience was amazing. The room was clean and comfortable. Thank you Hilton hotels for always being accommodating and having the most wonderful staff. Will definitely be staying with Hilton again!

from arrival at Sky Harbour through to our return there the staff were excellent and always available to ensure our stay was perfect. The airport shuttle and reception services were first rate. We have used Phoenix Sky Harbour many times over the past 20+ years our entry point to our US vacations and have used this particular Hilton several times because we are assured of a good stay.

The customer service I was helped by Melissa and wow she is a very very professional and caring representative. I will definitely return do to her excellent service and tone towards the customers. I appreciate that everytime a representative gives the customer 5 star service no matter the price of their accommodation. I felt like I was appreciated and valued. Very good.

The proximity to PHX was key, we had an early flight. The free 24-hour airport shuttle was also great, enabled me to return my rental car a day early (and not have to get up even earlier the next day). Bonus points for the pool, which allowed us to have some family fun before the vacation ended.
